It's easy to add or remove a transom within an erected scaffold. The "fork" is part of the locking slide and follows it backwards.

The transom joint's unique design permits a flush finish to both the top of the horizontal member and the side of the standard, thereby eliminating dangerous gaps.

The wedge will not loosen due to vibration, or to internal movements within a mobile scaffold caused by uneven ground, etc. Compare with other wedge systems!

Optimum node point strength allows for maximum loads. Visual locking control: the component is secured when the wedge is level with the horizontal tube.

There is one strong reason why +8 standards are joined with a sleeve:
A sleeve joint is stronger than the standard, a spigot joint is weaker.

Making vertical joints is simple and safe with the "funnel-shaped" sleeve.
